Behavioural Strategies for Resilience and Wellbeing

A conversation with guest speaker Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb on mental and behavioural strategies for better resilience and wellbeing. This session was hosted live on 20 May 2020 via Google Meet with members from the Auckland & Wellington Behavioural Economics Network and humans across the world that joined the conversation with questions and comments in the chat.

2. What mental and behavioural strategies can we adopt for building resilience and wellbeing

3. How might we embody these wellbeing practices to make a lasting behaviour change

Dr Juliette Tobias-Webb has a PhD in Experimental Psychology from the University of Cambridge. She is a Behavioural Scientist and one of 60 Australian women nominated as a 'Superstar in STEM'. Juliette currently teaches an evidenced-based MBA Leadership course that covers topics such as empowerment, motivation, resilience, wellbeing and equality through organisational design.

Vishal George hosts this insightful discussion with Juliette. He is the Chief Behavioural Scientist at Behavioural by Design, enabling teams to apply behaviour change tools for data driven policy and customer experience.
