Vishal, Chief Behavioural Scientist

Vishal is on a crusade of making behavioural science more accessible. He is a global practitioner, with an MSc in Behavioural Science, and former Head of Behavioural Science at Ogilvy NZ, having applied behavioural insights for NZ Police, Corrections, ACC, EECA, Rebel Sport, Westminster Council (UK), Adobe (India), American Express (UK), Starbucks (USA) and many more. Vishal leads the Wellington & Auckland Behavioural Economics Network, a meetup and think-tank bringing together academia, public sector and private sector to tackle socially relevant issues.

Tania, Design Thinking Strategist

Tania is all about creating and designing human-centred solutions. With a background in digital, content, UX and research. She’s worked across both government and the private sector finding smarter and easier ways to use research and insights to create user-led ideas.
